SAMANTHA CASAREZ
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Samantha is an aspiring Dentist and current pre-dental/business student. She helped create this non-profit organization because of her dedication to community service and passion for helping others. She believes this non-profit is a great way to give back to the future leaders of her community and hopes it encourages others to do the same.
JESSICA CASAREZ
Founder and Director of Services
Jessica is a licensed notary agent and aspiring accountant. She helped create this non-profit organization shortly after becoming a life and health insurance agent and opening up her own office. Through her hard work, she realized there was a need for services in Brownsville that could help unite families without burning a hole in people's pockets.
Salvador Zavala
Director of Media
An invaluable part of the Casas Unidas NonProfit Organization staff and leadership, Salvador has witnessed the continued evolution of our programs from that start. With extensive experience in both the media and event coordination vectors, Salvador offers a unique skill-set that ensures undeniable impact.
Enedira Gonzalez
Administrative Coordinator
Enedira González is a notary public, certified in Accounting and a graduate of Texas Southmost College. She is currently continuing her training as a Paralegal with the purpose of supporting individuals who find themselves in vulnerable situations in this country. In 2024, she joined Casas Unidas, where she collaborates in the administrative area with a focus in Immigration advocacy.
Ashley Galvan
Board Member
Ashley Galvan is a certified insurance agent and licensed private investigator in the State of Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV), building a strong foundation in law, ethics, and investigative practices.With a diverse professional background, Ashley combines her knowledge of insurance services with investigative expertise, offering clients integrity, discretion, and professionalism in every interaction. Her commitment to service, attention to detail, and passion for helping others make her a trusted resource in both financial protection and private investigations. In 2026, she proudly joined Casas Unidad to give back and make a positive impact in her community.
